The Fort Leonard Wood Regional Airport (FLW) in south-central Missouri has been awarded a $13 million grant to construct a new terminal building.
The project will include a new concourse building and Skylink Station infrastructure, aimed at accommodating the airport's rapidly growing passenger count.
According to the US Bureau of Transportation Statistics, FLW nearly doubled its passenger count in 2023, serving both civilians and military personnel. The airport is also set to welcome a new air carrier.

The new terminal will be located south of Terminal D, providing ample space for future expansion.
